CORPORATE SECURITY MANAGER

An outstanding opportunity has risen for a Corporate Security Manager to join a team of professional in a manufacturing. The ideal candidate will responsible for establishing and maintaining security around work environment for employees, assets, operations and information.



JOB DESCRIPTION

Planning, development, implementation and total management of security programs for the factory site, S&M field operations and specific residential properties.

Co-ordinate and conduct any investigations as directed by the Excom or corporate security Geneva and undertaking all activities relating to brand integrity.

Coordination and liaison with government security and intelligence departments with specific intention of enhancing company security objectives

Intelligence gathering; searching and keeping records of all information that is vital and substantial in protection of employees, assets and business

Lead, develop, and motivate team members to successfully achieve business objectives

Development and implementation of security awareness programs for all company's employees

Analyzes security needs, estimates costs and prepares proposals as requested.

Provide emergence assistance/response, crisis management roles (preparedness and response), and Any other duties reasonably assigned by direct manager



CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

Experience 6 years

Education Level Degree



Qualifications

Software Ms office application

Equipment Industry related

Knowledge  Ofcritical security infrastructure, inluding firearms, CCTV, Access control, Fire safety management and controls.

Skills To Communication skills, leadership skills, analytic skills

Ability To Work under pressure, attention to details, solve problems
